How To Book Your Follow-up Thermal Imaging Q & A Phone Consult

These phone consults are not able to be booked directly online like your thermal imaging appointment. Instead, you need to join the waitlist option and follow the prompts to request your follow-up phone consult. These appointments are not booked by email, text, or carrier pigion, and are strictly online through the booking portal using the waitlist option. This ensures a smooth booking process within the portal, and can be done at any time online.

From Your Computer

On this website (www.aspireclinicwa.com) there is a "Join Waitlist" button on the top of the page.

  • Next, choose the location as Aspire Clinic WA Cunderdin. This is the default clinic location. This is a phone appointment and NOT in person, so you DO NOT attend the Cunderdin clinic.

  • From the options on the left, under the heading "General" there is "Post Thermal Imaging Q & A - Phone Consult. Choose this.

  • Next, put YOUR information in for name, email, and mobile number. Please list if you have a preferred date and time between 11.00am and 1.30pm on a Wednesday.

  • Remember to click SAVE, and then the DONE buttons on the bottom of the page after entering your details.

That's it! You will get a notification of a booking via email in the following days to a week.

Regardless of clinic or location of your original thermal imaging appointment, always choose the Cunderdin clinic option. This is the default clinic, and this is a phone consult.

These follow-up calls are only available on a Wednesday, Between 11.00am and 1.30pm. If you don't have a preferred Wednesday date or time, we will fit you in for your appointment for the earliest appointment available.

Please note, these appointments require a 48 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Rescheduling can often take several weeks as these appointments are limited and fill quickly.

From Your Phone

The steps to follow for booking your phone consult on your phone is very similar as to using a desktop computer. Depending on the type of phone (Apple, Samsung Etc) it can appear slightly differently. This example is from using a Samsung.

Follow and look for the same prompts as in the step by step instructions above for using a desktop.
